The standard-bearer of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Aged 4 years; twice as long as we have to. Great for mixing cocktails and a great introduction to Bourbon Whiskey. Taste: Opens sweet, with light caramel and vanilla flavors and, later, a woody char. Finish is long, crisp and clean with a gentle snap.
