Yellowstone Rum Cask

The Rum Cask is a part of the Special Finishes Collection; an ever-growing exploration of finishes and perspectives on Yellowstone's iconic bourbon profile. By finishing for nine weeks in rum cask barrels straight from Havana, Cuba, notes of spice and tropical sweetness are imparted on 4-year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Aromas of gingerbread, poached pear and fresh cut hay. On the palate there's toasted marshmallow, crème brûlée, toffee and toasted oak. The finish features tobacco, clove and cocoa-seasoned oak with a long honey finish.
