Matured in an inspired combination of both Bourbon and Sherry casks for 15 years, it’s the final 3 years spent in Oloroso Sherry casks that give this Islay Scotch its deep color, rich raisins, gentle smoke and warming finish. It’s produced with hand-turned barley dried with peat—which takes a back seat to the Sherry notes—and won a Double Gold medal at the 2013 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
