Description

Caol Ila Distillery is known as the workhorse of Islay. Located on Islay, just off the coast of Western Scotland, this island is known for its heavily peated malt whiskies. Sweet vanilla and dry, cured meat aromas. Peat smoke with apples and apricots. The palate is ripe banana, kiwi, and vibrant citrus leading to a long, sweet and smoky finish.
