The 100% blue agave tequila is triple aged to impart whiskey notes: It spends a total of 12 months in traditional American Oak barrels, four months in deeply charred American Oak barrels and two months in specially-toasted American Oak barrels. The aroma has oaky-vanilla notes, with a peppery spiciness, the company says, and a smooth, smoky taste with sweet agave and vanilla character.
