Rye whiskey finished in Vino De Naranja barrels for 11 months rrom Andalucia, Spain. Aromas of cacao nib, shortbread, caramelized orange, charred thyme and buttercream. The taste features Rainier cherry, dark honey, baking spice and orange blossom. A sherry finish shifting into black peppercorn, dried red fruit and leather. Vino De Naranja is a sweet, fortified orange wine offering caramelized citrus and dark fruit notes. These barrels were selected to enhance the warmth and spice of the Cask Strength Resoration Rye.
