This 6-barrel blend was aged 6.5 years in once used bourbon barrels and finished for 6 months in freshly dumped petit syrah port wine barrels. It features notes of jammy sugared berries, sweet American oak tannin, acidic winey caramel, vanilla, and suggestions of allspice and nutmeg.
