Description

This is a blend of different Irish whiskys, blended to a layered and refined profile and then re-casked it into barrels that previously held bourbon. The process of extra-aging in bourbon oak in both hot houses and waves creates a purely sublime whisky. The distinctive tasting notes of the various Irish whiskys, mesh with the tempering sweetness of the bourbon cask for a super-premium type of Irish whisky.
