Double distilled from a rare mash bill of 100 percent rye grain, unfiltered then aged in cold weater in new charred oak barrels. Aromas of warm spiced date cake, treacle toffee, orange peel, baking spices. Full bodied with luxurious viscosity on the palate with flavors of treacle, caramel, coconut, cocoa, cinnamon and anise. Long and voluptuous finish, leather, oak,x0dx0aslightly smoky, rye spice dry down.
