The result: A product of 95% Winter wheat and 5% malted barley, aged a minimum of five years, delivering a bright and refreshing, yet smooth and layered wheat whiskey. Aromas of soft honey, fruity, cherry, vanilla and oak with a warm, peachy, yeasty flavor.
