Robert Mondavi believed that Cabernet Sauvignons from the Central Coast offer an incredible depth of varietal flavor. Grapes from vineyards resting between the Pacific Ocean and mountains create a naturally complex taste. This 2022 Central Coast Cabernet is blended from high-quality vineyards in both warmer and cooler climates. The warmer climates bring notes of ripe dark cherry, blackberry, and raspberry. The cooler climates impart soft, elegant tannins with notes of tobacco. Oak aging creates a finish of vanilla, nutmeg, and toast with hints of coffee. This wine is rich ruby in color.
