The blend is primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with a Franc, Syrah and Merlot, blended in to deliver bright fruit aromatics. The Result: A dark wine with full body and rich texture—aromas of plums and cassis with brown spices. Dark, rich and extracted this wine has aromas of cassis, black cherry and currants. The oak adds both a sweetness and roundness to this aromatic and powerful wine.Turnbull Wine Cellars has been producing Estate Grown wines in the Oakville district of Napa Valley since 1979. Each vineyard block is vinified separately in small stainless steel tanks and then barreled French Oak barrels which work in balance with the fruit.
