This mouthwatering Chardonnay is whole cluster pressed and 100% barrel fermented. Aged in new French oak for 10 months until blended, then aged for one year in neutral french oak. It delivers a depth of aromas and flavors. Balanced notes of golden apple, poached pear, and creme brulee lead to a rich mid-palate of honey graham crackerx1dflavors, and a pleasant finish of lemon meringue, bright citrus and baked apples.
