Copain Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

Description

On the nose, Chamomile flowers, pie crust and ripe pear. On the palate, gracefully woven flavors of fresh cut tarragon, nectarine, and yuzu. Lithe and energetic with a backbone of fine grain tannin and perfect acidity gives this wine texture and brightness. Ideal plushness makes this wine admirable on its own, or as a companion to fresh greens, light fish, grilled chicken, or pesto dishes.
