Description
A coastal Santa Ynez Valley Chardonnay sourced from vineyards between Lompoc and Buellton, shaped by maritime influence and ancient diatomaceous soils. Barrel-fermented and aged for 18 months in French oak (30% new) with bi-weekly lees stirring, it develops layered complexity and a rich, textured profile. Bright sunshine acidity lifts notes of toasted almond, Meyer lemon, and subtle salinity, while a strong mineral core carries through to a long, focused finish.
