Merlot grapes are grown on silt and clay soils in the eastern region of the Pays d'OC, along the Canal du Midi, where the sunny days and cool nights produce ripe grapes with flavor concentration and freshness. Ruby in color with purple hints, this wine has vibrant notes of plum and cassis, with hints of spice and chocolate from oak. Juicy and ripe on the palate, with supple tannins on the finish.
