Pinot Gris Grand Cru Spiegel is a rich and expressive Alsatian white wine from the esteemed Spiegel Grand Cru vineyard, located between Guebwiller and Bergholtz along the southern Alsace Wine Route. Grown on medium slopes with sandy-clay soils layered over sandstone pebbles, this site lends depth, structure, and elegance to the wine. It shows an intense golden hue, followed by a refined and inviting nose of candied fruits such as quince and pear, along with notes of fig and dried apricot. On the palate, it is ample and generous, echoing the same luscious fruit character with a smooth, rounded texture and impressive depth.
