Botella is named after the mineral-rich soil type found at the Estate Vineyard and other exceptional vineyards of the Sta. Rita Hills. This Pinot Noir is shaped with a gentle hand, enchoing the Estate's signature elegance while offering its own bright immediacy. Limpid soft red color. Fresh and bright aromas of raspberries, red cherries, chaparral, and bouquet garnix0a are mimicked on the palate, together with vanilla bean and a touch of toffee from French oak. Silky,x0a soft, and plush texture with a very fine long finish. Elegant, luxurious, and delicious.
