A French wine with an Irish name. The Irish name was given to it by Neasa, wife of Laurent, and collaborator on this particular beauty. Solas means light in the Irish language. And that was the aim with this range. To create a wine that is completely distinct but still carried a lightness in every drop. There’s a natural, organic, feel to this wine. That comes from the wild strawberries and rosemary. You may also notice a finish of black tea. That’s the Irish for you.
