Description

Raspberry aromas complimented with notes of Iris flower. Flavors of ripe strawberry, rhubarb with some present minerality. A good balance of tension and red fruits are showcased. Will be at home paired with seared ahi tuna, mushroom risotto, or soft cheeses such as Camenbert.
