Bursting with juicy cranberry and bright cherry, this stunning sipper will keep you coming back for more! Shortly after arriving at the winery these grapes, grown in the Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma County, were gently placed, whole cluster, into a fermentation vessel and sealed for a carbonic ferment. After seven days, they were de-stemmed and allowed to finish fermentation naturally before being pressed into a stainless-steel barrel. Bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal sulfites. Natural sediment will occur.
