This red blend combines some of the best attributes of both varietals, resulting in a delicious, smooth, full-bodied blend. Merlot's lush, plummy aromas and silky black cherry flavors complement the Cabernet's structure, with hints of vanilla oak and mocha adding just a bit of spice. Our Cabernet Merlot pairs well with a number of dishes, including a hearty beef stew or roasted garlic chicken.
