Forever Young Cotes de Provence Rosé is a prime example of what expertly made Provencal rosé should be. Using grapes harvested only in the cool of night prevents any oxidation of the juices while maintaining the natural color and balanced taste of the wine. On the nose there are fresh, crisp, and vibrant notes of perfectly ripened strawberries and grapefruit. The palate is balanced and juicy with light tannins, the wine pops with flavors of red fruit, white peaches, and citrus. Finishes clean with mineral notes of chalk and fresh acidity.
