Description

This Sauvignon Blanc has a lovely, fresh, pure nose of gooseberry, lychee, mango custard, and melon. The smooth entry opens to a well-proportioned palate of mango, blood orange, guava, with an even, long, mineral finish. This wine is made to be enjoyed without cellaring – drink now through the near term. The Sauvignon Blanc is grown in the wonderful Wappo hill vineyard in the hills of Stags Leap, while the Semillon portion is old vines from the historic ToKalon vineyard in Oakville.
