Description
Aromas of tropical fruit, green apple and elderflower. The taste is crisp and graceful with fruit-forward notes of mango and white peach, fine bubbles on the palate and ends with a smooth finish. "Spinning Cone” technology is used to reduce the alcohol from a portion of the wine. This is a process of low vacuum distillation that can target removal of alcohol without impacting the aroma of the wine. The sparkling wine was then produced using the Charmat Method. Through this process, the grapes underwent natural refermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks with selected yeast. This preserved the wine’s natural aromas while allowing it to achieve a beautiful effervescence and a final alcohol of 7%.
