La Crema Russian River Valley Sparkling Brut Rosé

Description

On the nose, aromas of citrus blossom, white strawberry, and peach. Flavors of apple, wild raspberry, and gooseberry on the palate. Bracing yet balanced acidity ensures a long and mouthwatering x1ffinish. The grapes were whole cluster pressed, then fermented at cool temperatures in neutral oak, and stainless steel tanks. Crafted in the Methode Traditionnelle, the base wine is blended, and placed en Tirage where it undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This Brut Rose was aged for two years, and 6 months. 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay.
