Description

Fresh, in-season citrus, white flower, white peach, a hint of tart cranberry. Delicate but lively, elegant but zesty/zingy, and bright. Pinot Noir grapes were picked early to avoid high alcohol and saturated sugar flavors, and hand harvested to ensure fruit integrity of this delicate varietal. Direct-to-press processing allowed control of extraction and monitoring of color to produce a white, still wine with the slightest salmon-colored hue. Viognier and Gewürztraminer were blended in to add fuller texture and a rich mouthfeel while producing a light, elegant, and vibrant white wine expression.
