Ingredients
- 1 oz Angel’s Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Barrels
- 2 oz Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Rubino Vermouth
- Prosecco
- Lemon peel or Rosemary sprig for garnish
Preparation
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine Angel’s Envy Bourbon Barrels and Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Rubino Vermouth
- Lightly stir to dilute and chill the mixture
- Strain the mixture into a flute glass
- Finish by topping off with Prosecco
