Ingredients

  • 1 oz Angel’s Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Barrels 
  • 2 oz Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Rubino Vermouth 
  • Prosecco
  • Lemon peel or Rosemary sprig for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine Angel’s Envy Bourbon Barrels and Martini & Rossi Riserva Speciale Rubino Vermouth
  2. Lightly stir to dilute and chill the mixture
  3. Strain the mixture into a flute glass
  4. Finish by topping off with Prosecco
