Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Parts Bushmills Prohibition Recipe
  • 3/4 Part Owney’s Rum
  • 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
  • 1 Sugar Cube
  • Orange Twist & Cherry

Preparation

  1. In a mixing glass, add all bitters atop sugar cube and muddle until it forms a paste
  2. Add Bushmills and Rum
  3. Add ice and stir for 10 seconds
  4. Strain in iced rocks glass
  5. Garnish with orange twist and cherry
