Ingredients

  • 2 oz Penelope Bourbon
  • 1 oz Blackberry syrup (recipe below)
  • 2 oz Fresh Lemonade
  • Blackberries and Rosemary sprigs for garnish

Preparation

  1. Make Blackberry syrup. Take 6 oz fresh blackberries, 3/4 c. sugar, and 1 c. simple syrup. Place blackberries and sugar in a mason jar and muddle. Add simple syrup and mix to combine. Chill. Strain prior to using.
  2. Place ingredients into a shaker filled with ice
  3. Shake until chilled
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
  5. Garnish with fresh blackberries and sprig of rosemary
