Ingredients

  • 2 oz Elijah Craig Bourbon  
  • 1 oz Espresso (chilled) 
  • 1/2 oz Kahlua  
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup 
  • Coffee beans, for garnish 

Preparation

  1. Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, chilled espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled
  4. Discard the ice from the martini glass and strain the cocktail into the glass
  5. Garnish with a few coffee beans on top
