Ingredients

  • 2 oz Elijah Craig Bourbon
  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • .5 oz egg white
  •  3-4 drops Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • An Amarena Cherry

Preparation

  1. Dry shake egg white
  2. Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice
  3. Shake again
  4. Strain slowly into a rocks glass over ice
  5. Garnish with Angostura bitters and a cherry
