
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Gin (or vodka if preferred)
- ½ oz Dry Vermouth
- ½ oz Olive brine
- 2 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 1 oz Club soda
Preparation
- Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass with ice
- Add the gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine
- Stir gently to chill and combine
- Top with Prosecco and club soda
- Give one light stir
- Garnish with skewered olives and a lemon twist
