Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Gin (or vodka if preferred)
  • ½ oz Dry Vermouth
  • ½ oz Olive brine
  • 2 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 1 oz Club soda

Preparation

  1. Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass with ice
  2. Add the gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine
  3. Stir gently to chill and combine
  4. Top with Prosecco and club soda
  5. Give one light stir
  6. Garnish with skewered olives and a lemon twist
