Ingredients

  • 2 parts Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whisky
  • 1 part Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 part Fresh Ginger Juice
  • 4 slices Cucumber
  • 1 splash Ginger Ale
  • Garnish Cucumber

Preparation

  1. Mix 4 cucumber slices with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, simple syrup and ginger juice
  2. Shake over ice
  3. Strain into a rocks glass
  4. Top with ginger ale, and garnish with scalloped cucumber slice
