Ingredients

  • 2 oz UNDONE No.2 – This is not Gin
  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag
  • Thomas Henry Dry Tonic
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Preparation

  1. Pour UNDONE No.2 into a glass and add the tea bag
  2. Allow the tea bag to infuse for about 10 minutes
  3. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes
  4. Pour in the UNDONE No.2 infused gin
  5. Top off with Thomas Henry Dry Tonic
  6. Garnish with a lemon zest
