Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz TenHead Classic Vodka
  • 2 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 1.5 oz Fennel simple syrup
  • Club Soda

 

Preparation

  1. Make the Fennel syrup by combining one cup of water, one cup of sugar and ½ tablespoon of fennel seeds in a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the syrup becomes lightly caramel in color. Cool and strain. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks
  2. Combine vodka, grapefruit juice and fennel syrup in a cocktail shaker
  3. Add ice and shake
  4. Strain into a glass with ice
  5. Top with club soda and garnish with fennel fronds
