Ingredients
- 1.5 oz TenHead Classic Vodka
- 2 oz Grapefruit juice
- 1.5 oz Fennel simple syrup
- Club Soda
Preparation
- Make the Fennel syrup by combining one cup of water, one cup of sugar and ½ tablespoon of fennel seeds in a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the syrup becomes lightly caramel in color. Cool and strain. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks
- Combine vodka, grapefruit juice and fennel syrup in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Strain into a glass with ice
- Top with club soda and garnish with fennel fronds
