Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Green Spot Irish Whiskey
  • 2.5 oz Jasmine tea
  • 2 tsp Rosehip syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Citric Acid solution
  • Rose petals for garnish

Preparation

  1. Citric Acid Solution: Dissolve 2 tsp of citric acid powder in 3.5 oz of water
  2. Jasmine Tea: Steep 1.5 tbsp tea in 5 oz boiling water for 5 mins, then add 12 oz cold water and steep for another 15-20 mins before straining. Set aside.
  3. Add all ingredients to a chilled coupe glass
  4. Stir
  5. Garnish with rose petals
