
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Green Spot Irish Whiskey
- 2.5 oz Jasmine tea
- 2 tsp Rosehip syrup
- 1/2 tsp Citric Acid solution
- Rose petals for garnish
Preparation
- Citric Acid Solution: Dissolve 2 tsp of citric acid powder in 3.5 oz of water
- Jasmine Tea: Steep 1.5 tbsp tea in 5 oz boiling water for 5 mins, then add 12 oz cold water and steep for another 15-20 mins before straining. Set aside.
- Add all ingredients to a chilled coupe glass
- Stir
- Garnish with rose petals
