• 4 oz Chandon Brut
  • .5 oz Maple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters
  • Orange twist, bay leaf or cinnamon stick


  1. Pour the maple syrup into a highball glass
  2. Add the bitters and stir gently
  3. Pour in the Chandon Brut
  4. Add ice and garnish if you wish
