
Ingredients
- 2 Parts Jefferson’s Ocean Aged at Sea Bourbon
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 tsp Water
- Pinch of Sea salt
- Orange peel for garnish
Preparation
- Add sugar, bitters, salt, and about 2 teaspoons of water to a rocks glass. Stir until the sugar and salt are mostly dissolved.
- Add the bourbon and gently stir to combine. Drop in a single large ice cube
- Squeeze the orange peel over the drink to express its oils and drop it into the glass
