Ingredients
- 2 oz Nosotros Mezcal
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- .25 oz Agave
- 1 egg white
- Pineapple slice for garnish
Preparation
- Dry shake egg white until frothy
- Add ice shake again to chill
- Strain over glass (no ice)
- Pineapple garnish
