Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin: Aviation Gin, Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin or Driftless Glen Double Cask Gin
  • 1 oz Peychauds Apretivo
  • 1 oz Tawny Port

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass
  2. Serve over ice (cube or sphere)
  3. Garnish with an orange peel
