Ingredients

  • 12 oz Old Elk Bourbon
  • 8 oz Raspberry simple syrup
  • 12 oz. Fresh squeezed Grapefruit juice (about 3 grapefruits)
  • 1 oz Lime juice 
  • Club Soda or Prosecco

Preparation

  1. Make raspberry simple syrup by dissolving 1 part sugar, 1 part water and 1 pint of muddle raspberries. Bring to a boil, strain and chill
  2. Combine Old Elk Bourbon, Raspberry Simple Syrup, Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice, and Fresh Lime Juice in a pitcher
  3. Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly
  4. Add ice to the pitcher before serving to chill the mixture
  5. Pour into cocktail glasses filled with fresh ice
  6. Top each glass with club soda or prosecco
  7. Garnish each drink with fresh raspberries and mint leaves
