• 2 oz Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey
  • .75 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 oz Peach jam
  • .25 oz Honey
  • 3 Sprigs of thyme


  1. Combine all ingredients (including the thyme) in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard until chilled. 
  2. Fine strain into a rocks glass over pebble ice and garnish with additional thyme.
