Ingredients
- 2 oz Caravedo Pisco
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- .5oz Simple syrup
- .5oz-1oz Aquafaba or Egg White
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters for garnish
Preparation
- Add egg white or aquafaba to a shaker and dry shake to create a foam
- Add ice, pisco, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker
- Shake again very hard until well-chilled, about 10 seconds
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass; dash bitters atop the foam
