Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Roe & Co Blended Irish Whisky
  • .25 oz. sugar syrup
  • 3 Dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 Orange peel
  • Orange zest

 

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice
  2. Stir for 20 seconds
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
  4. Garnish with an orange peel
