Ingredients
- 2 oz Sazerac Rye
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2-3 dashes Peychauds Bitters
- 1-2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Rinse of Herbsaint or Absinthe
Preparation
- Rinse a chilled Old Fashioned glass with the Herbsaint
- Add the Sazerac Rye, simple syrup and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled
- Strain the drink into the glass
- Express the lemon peel oils over the top of the drink, and garnish with the peel
