Ingredients

  • 75 oz Castle & Key Rise Seasonal Gin
  • 3 oz Sauvignon Blanc
  • .5 oz 2:1 Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • Club Soda

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except the soda water to a shaking tin with ice
  2. Shake and fine strain into a balloon glass with fresh ice
  3. Top with a splash of club soda
  4. Garnish with a citrus wheel and thyme sprig
