Ingredients
- 75 oz Castle & Key Rise Seasonal Gin
- 3 oz Sauvignon Blanc
- .5 oz 2:1 Simple Syrup
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Grapefruit Juice
- Club Soda
Preparation
- Add all ingredients except the soda water to a shaking tin with ice
- Shake and fine strain into a balloon glass with fresh ice
- Top with a splash of club soda
- Garnish with a citrus wheel and thyme sprig
