Ingredients
- 1.5 oz UNDONE No. 4 NOT MEZCAL
- 3 oz Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit
- .75 oz Fresh lime juice
- Pinch of smoked salt
- Grapefruit wheel for garnish
Preparation
1. Mix ingredients with ice
2. Strain into highball glass over fresh ice
3. Garnish with grapefruit wheel and smoked salt rim
