Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bushmills® Red Bush
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Agave Syrup
  • Chili salt/Tajin for rim

Preparation

  1. Coat the rim of a glass with red chili salt
  2. Add whiskey to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  3. Add pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup
  4. Shake until frosted, typically about 10 seconds
  5. Strain over fresh ice
