
Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey: Angels Envy Rye, Basil Haydens Dark Rye or Knob Creek Small Batch Rye
- .5 oz Domaine De Canton
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- 1.5 oz Red Wine from the Old World (Europe): Santa Cristina Toscana Sangiovese, Chateau La Grange Clinet or Torres Celeste
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients except wine in shaker with ice
- Shake and strain over ice into a tub glass
- Float wine using a bar spoon or tablespoon and garnish with a lemon peel
